    情绪问题...

    我们人都有情绪。
    高兴、悲伤、痛苦、兴奋、激动、种种情绪。
    开始工作以来,或者说自己出来之后总会有那种莫名的情绪。
    白天仿佛没有情绪,因为情绪会影响工作、影响个人的判断。
    晚上那种情绪就会找上门来,开始还感觉是无聊、寂寞。
    现在越来越说不上来是什么感情了!
    看电视时,发现自己也比以前动情了。感动话语啊,温暖、激动的场景啊,眼泪一下子就出来了!
    都怀疑自己现在是不是也太脆弱了点。
    是不是每个人都会有这莫名的伤楚啊,还是我太向往美好了呢!
    最近差了些如何控制情绪的资料,有一种说法挺有道理。
    就是别闲着!
    真他妈有道理,人家在教咱们如何逃避问题。哈哈,就是别闲着!
    总会有空闲的时候,那时候感觉会更强烈!
    不过现在自己还是借机逃避吧,因为我是个爱面子的现实主义者!
    解决了现实问题,也许情绪问题就解决了。
    给自己找点事干!
